Government Contract Company AVMAC Wins MAG-11 Rebid

AVMAC LLC, a national leader in DoD aviation maintenance, has been awarded a Task Order resulting from a Fair Opportunity Submission Request on the Modification Kits, Helicopter Recovery, Augmentation, Components, and Engines (KRACEn) Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract.

The purpose of this non-personal services task order is to provide Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS) to perform Organizational (O-Level) maintenance and Intermediate (I-Level) maintenance support of Marine Aircraft Group (MAG)-11 F/A-18 aircraft and associated Support Equipment (SE) assigned to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadrons (MALS)-11.

The contract work carried out by AVMAC will be to perform all aspects of O-Level and I-Level Hornet maintenance to include scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, maintenance documentation, troubleshooting, inspections, the servicing of, lubricating of, corrosion prevention and treatment, removal of, repair of, and replacement of aeronautical components, for assigned Fleet squadrons and also the Fleet Replacement Detachment (FRD) managed by VMFA-323. MAG-11 is currently headquartered at MCAS Miramar, California, under the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (3rd MAW).

In addition to the work awarded under this Task Order, AVMAC is currently performing as the Prime contractor at MALS-16, MAG-31, HMHT-302, and VMMT-204.
