Ronald “Ron” Stebbins joined the AVMAC team as a Co-owner and has taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer and Process Improvement Specialist. Like AVMAC’s founders and fellow co-owners, Ron is a recently retired 31 year Aviation Maintenance Officer and has served in a variety of management positions. Ron is a Department of the Navy (DoN) Designated Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB) with an American Society for Quality (ASQ)/DoN LSS Black Belt Certification. His addition to the AVMAC Team brings a renewed focus on customer service, quality, efficient product delivery, and experienced leadership to our CPI Consulting Services. Having both served with Ron for many years while on active duty, we are excited to have him join us. Welcome aboard Ron!!
