Vernon Hall joined the AVMAC Executive Team as a Maritime Associate in January 2025. With 20 years of maritime experience, Vernon has held various positions, including outside machinist, designer, mechanical engineer, project manager, program manager, division manager, and business developer. He is a seasoned professional who founded Olokun LLC in 2021, driven by the vision of creating a company dedicated to delivering innovative, process-driven products and services to its clients.
Throughout his career, Vernon has successfully proposed, secured, and executed numerous contracts with key organizations encompassing NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAWC, NSWC, NNSY, and MSC. Prior to joining AVMAC, he accumulated substantial experience in both AIT and engineering & design environments, working in shipyards, small design firms, and large design firms.
His expertise in mechanical systems and equipment spans multiple vessels, underscoring his proficiency in mechanical engineering, weight engineering, 3D and 2D ship design, ship integration, research and development, and new construction design. Additionally, Vernon's background includes a diverse array of skills such as organizational development, pipeline development, technical and proposal writing, cost estimation and summary development, team building, capturing, readiness reviews, and program management. His comprehensive skill set positions him as a valuable asset to the AVMAC team.
