Jessica Cavanaugh is originally from Alexandria, Louisiana. She received her Bachelor of Arts, Management (Human Resources) and her Master of Arts, Management (Organizational Leadership) degrees from American Military University. Jessica joined the AVMAC team in 2019 as the Human Resources Assistant. She served as a Cryptologic Technician (Technical) in the Navy before being medically retired in 2013. Her assignments include tours with the Naval Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) and Naval Expeditionary Intelligence Command (NEIC), the latter with whom she was deployed on Visit Board Search and Seizures (VBSS) missions in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. She has experience in various Human Resource functions, including sourcing and recruiting. In her free time, Jessica enjoys watching college football, cooking, yoga, and spending time with her family outdoors. She looks forward to continuing to provide Human Resource support to AVMAC’s amazing employees!
