Chesapeake Aviation & Maritime Experts Achieve ISO Certification

As of 9 August 2024, AVMAC is proud to announce that we have achieved our ISO-9001:2015 certification. We have claimed our compliance with ISO-9001:2015 requirements for several years, and now through the hard work and management of our Quality/EHS Director, Mr. Bill Fanning, our certification is now a reality. Bill guided our corporate Executives, Directors, and Managers through a two-stage audit process with the auditor, QSR. Although this was Bill’s first time preparing a company for ISO certification, all the work that we as a company have accomplished over the past five years under his guidance aptly prepared AVMAC for this milestone certification. Much to Bill’s credit but also to the credit of our entire corporate staff, AVMAC received zero “Non-conformances” and one “Commendation” from the auditor for executive-level commitment to quality and continual approvement. AVMAC’s ISO-9001:2015 certification was achieved without any external consultation.
