AVMAC LLC, a leader in aviation technical services, has been awarded a task order under the Modification Kits, Helicopter Recovery, Augmentation, Components, and Engines (KRACEn) Multiple Awards contracts to continue to provide Contractor Maintenance Support (CMS) at the Marine Corps Heavy Lift Fleet Replacement Squadron in New River, NC. AVMAC will perform organizational level (O-Level) maintenance at HMHT-302 on CH-53E aircraft while Government personnel transition to the CH-53K. AVMAC maintenance technicians will augment existing Government O-Level maintenance personnel and be fully integrated into the HMHT-302 Maintenance Department work centers as a CH-53E CMS team. AVMAC’s selection was based on their exceptional past performance, price, and their ability to achieve quick turnaround of aircraft and equipment to optimize operational availability.
