Shawn Rumbley joined the AVMAC Executive team as Chief Strategy Officer in 2026. He spent 38 years in the Navy leading aviation maintenance and logistics operations, working his way up from the flight line to senior maintenance officer leadership roles within the Navy.
Shawn led the Maintenance Operations Center pillar of the Naval Sustainment System - Aviation, driving the Navy's whole-of-fleet effort to meet its naval aviation readiness goals. He also held senior maintenance leadership roles on the staffs of Carrier Air Wing One, Strike Fighter Wing Atlantic, and Strike Fighter Wing Pacific, ensuring aircraft sustainment and logistics goals were achieved to keep the fleet mission ready.
