Bill Fanning joined the AVMAC management team in April 2019. He is a Quality Management Professional and U.S. Navy Veteran Electronics Technician with over 17 years of quality control experience and over 31 years of experience in ship repair, ship modernization, ISO 9001 quality management, safety, training and creating processes and procedures needed to maintain ASQ/ANSI/ISO/NSI compliance.
