The Marine Corps Installations West Regional Contracting Office has awarded AVMAC LLC the contract to provide turbo shaft engine testing facility support with both indoor and outdoor test stands. The contract to be executed at MCAS Miramar includes operation and upkeep of both facilities including; Test cell maintenance and repair as well as Gas Turbine Engine Test System (GTETS) operation. AVMAC is an aviation and maritime consulting firm that performs aviation and maritime-related program support, aeronautical and ship maintenance, repair and overhaul and aviation program analysis for Support Equipment. AVMAC is a certified Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), a SBA certified 8(a) Disadvantaged Business and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
